    Boys Teams in 5th thru 11th grades,  Plus Unsigned Seniors for School Year 2016-2017.

    Division winners receive 10 pairs of  Under Armour Sneakers,  Clutch Fit Drive 3 or Charger Controller and Team Championship Trophy . Format is 3+ Games Guaranteed,  Pool play followed by bracket play for advancing teams,  Stop Clock, Players are disqualified from game after committing their 6th personal foul,  Scorekeepers For Each Court and Certified Refs.

Zero Tolerance Policy
THE KEYSTONE BLAZERS HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY IN REFERENCE TO FIGHTING AND ACTS OF VIOLENCE. ANY PLAYER OR TEAM PERSONNEL COMMITTING AN ACT OF VIOLENCE OR RECEIVING A TECHNICAL FOUL FOR FIGHTING WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE GAME AND DISQUALIFIED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE TOURNAMENT. EJECTED PLAYERS/TEAM PERSONNEL WILL BE REQUIRED TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE TOURNAMENT VENUE AND, IF CIRCUMSTANCES WARRANT, WILL BE REMANDED TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES. ANY PLAYER/TEAM PERSONNEL EJECTED UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM ALL TOURNAMENT VENUES AND FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE KEYSTONE BLAZERS EVENTS. FURTHER, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS, A SINGLE ACT OF VIOLENCE COMMITTED BY AN INDIVIDUAL PLAYER OR TEAM PERSONNEL MEMBER MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION AND DISMISSAL OF THE ENTIRE TEAM FROM ANY FURTHER COMPETITION IN THE CURRENT KEYSTONE BLAZERS AND/OR ANY FUTURE KEYSTONE BLAZERS EVENTS.
Blazer Refunds
Keystone Blazers Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted via email to Coach@KeystoneBlazers.org. Request for a full refund must be made no later than 10 business days prior to tournament tip-off. There will be no full refunds for requests made with less than 10 business day notice prior to tournament tip-off.
There will be no partial refunds granted. Refunds for requests with less than 10 business days notice will be in the form of credit towards a future tournament hosted by the Keystone Blazers Basketball Club.
Exceptions, teams will receive a full refund with less than 10 days in the following cases:
1. Tournament Director cancel the tournament.
2. Tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.
3. Proof of Medical Emergency or Death in the immediately family of a Coach or Player.
In the event a registration and fee are submitted within 10 days of tournament tip-off and then the team wishes to withdraw before tip-off no refund or credit will be granted.
No refund of any type will be granted to teams who voluntarily withdraw after tournament begins.
All tournaments will have certified referees, team award, format is championship, 3 games guaranteed, pool play followed by single elimination bracket play. Games are two 16-minute halves with stop time for 7th through 12th grades and two 14-minutes halves with stop time for 3rd through 6th grades.

ELIGILBILITY RULES FOR KEYSTONE BLAZERS TOURNAMENTS
10 & UNDER DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2015.
11 & UNDER DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2015.
12 & UNDER DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2015.
13 & UNDER DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2015.
14 & UNDER DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2015.
15U/9TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2015. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 9th Grade as of October 1, 2014 and who is no older than 16 on August 31, 2015 is eligible to play in the 15U/9th Grade Division.
16U/10TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2015. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 10th Grade as of October 1, 2014 and who is no older than 17 on August 31, 2015 is eligible to play in the 16U/10th Grade Division.
17U/11TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2015. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 11th Grade as of October 1, 2014 and who is no older than 18 on August 31, 2015 is eligible to play in the 17U/11th Grade Division.
19U/12TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete can be no older than 19 on August 31, 2015. Grade Exception: An athlete who is in the 12th Grade as of October 1, 2014 and who is no older than 20 on August 31, 2015 is eligible to play in the 19U/12th Grade Division.
IF REQUESTED, PROOF OF AGE AND/OR GRADE MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW BY A DESIGNATED KEYSTONE BLAZERS ELIGILIBILITY STAFF MEMBER. IF CREDENTIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR INVALID, ALL GAMES PLAYED WITH PLAYER(S) WITHOUT VALID CREDENTIALS WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT.
